Normal:
The current situation is well within the "normal distribution" for the country in question.

Caution:
Cautions are issued when the Moving Average Convergence Divergence (MACD) histogram turns positive (postive Moving Average (MA) crossing) and keeps rising for a period of three months. Cautions are dropped when the MACD histogram turns negative or the slow line stops rising.

Alerts:
Alerts are issued whenever the MACD crosses the center line in a positive direction or it rises above the center line for a period of three months after cautions. An alert returns to a caution when it violates the rules for alerts or cautions, or the slow line stops rising.

Warnings:
Warnings are issued when an alert has been issued and the slow line continuously rises for a period of three months. A warning returns to an alert when it violates any of the signaling rules or the slow line stops rising.
